Our stimulus check went onto our Turbo Tax card yesterday. When I checked the irs.gov info it listed my last four digits of my social security number as my bank account. We did get the advance this year too. I hope this helps to answer your questions about the deposits and going onto the cards!

This is literally what happened to me! If you sign up for text alerts, it'll let you know when it arrives. But if you want to double-check, text Bal to 83854. You'll get a text w/your balance.

Okay thanks I still haven’t received mine and I did get the advance as well, people are saying if you got the advance you will have to input your bank information... I’m just looking for clarity as I have a 8 month old who needs things and I am a single parent... hopefully the funds will come this week !! Thanks

Same. I put in the bank info and it said error. Now I have to wait 24 hours. Said I tried too much but I tried too much bc it wouldn’t go through.

I have been with turbo tax for years. I always e file. Here it is the 16th and no stimulas check. Im the only person who works with two kids and my job isnt considered essential. Why dont i have a check yet?

Now here it is the 16th and those of us that paid for our services still dont have our stimulus money! That proves TT doesnt give a **bleep** about us unless they are getting money out of us! Those that paid should have been first to get our money! I will be done with TT after this year!

Yeah, this is pretty frustrating. I've been with TurboTax for years and I think from now on I'll be using freetaxusa. I got the turbo card when I filed my taxes, I got my refund advance put on the turbo card, and I also had the fees taken out to pay for tax filing via TurboTax. I haven't received anything. I went to the IRS filer portal and once I input my info, it said there is not enough info on file for them to dd my stimulus. I went ahead and added my bank info, but who knows when they'll be sending out the next round of dd. It seems like those who got the advance as well as gotten fees taken out are the ones having the most issues. But I have also heard of the same people who got the advance and paid fees also getting a dd. So I'm not sure what the issue is.

They should have at least kept people posted on the status of the card if we can’t get it via direct deposit help us figure out how to get it quickly why leave people in the dark so have family’s and nonessential jobs it’s just upsetting
