Yeah, this is pretty frustrating. I've been with TurboTax for years and I think from now on I'll be using freetaxusa. I got the turbo card when I filed my taxes, I got my refund advance put on the turbo card, and I also had the fees taken out to pay for tax filing via TurboTax. I haven't received anything. I went to the IRS filer portal and once I input my info, it said there is not enough info on file for them to dd my stimulus. I went ahead and added my bank info, but who knows when they'll be sending out the next round of dd. It seems like those who got the advance as well as gotten fees taken out are the ones having the most issues. But I have also heard of the same people who got the advance and paid fees also getting a dd. So I'm not sure what the issue is.
