I filed my return on April 18 and provided payment info for the amount due. The payment has not been processed and it has been well over a month. How can I verify the payment info provided?
Also - I've checked my account on the IRS website and my 2020 return nor balance is updated.
Is this an IRS issue or Turbo Tax?

The bank routing and account number you entered for the federal taxes owed are sent with the e-filed federal tax return. The IRS debits your account based on the information provided.
The IRS has had many delays in debiting a taxpayer's accounts for the taxes owed.
Look at the Filing Instructions page for your tax return using Print Center. It will have the bank information and the date you requested for payment.
To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.
This will take you back to the 2020 online tax return.
Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Then click on Print Center. Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return. Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets
The filing instructions page says only that I chose to pay by credit card, and since I paid by credit card I do not need to mail a payment. I don't know how to verify the card number to make sure it was correct.
