Tax home is not responding. i am trying to amend 2020 tax return, can you help me?

On the TurboTax Tax Home web page the link for amending a 2020 tax return is available and working.

If you used the TurboTax online editions to complete and file a 2020 tax return, sign onto your online account -

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show.  Click on the Year and Click on Amend (change) return

If the link is not working for you then close the TurboTax window on your web browser.

Clear cache on your web browser.  See this TurboTax support FAQ - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/troubleshooting/help/how-to-clear-your-cache/01/26135

Close your browser after clearing cache.  Re-open the browser and access the TurboTax account again.

If the problem persists then change your web browser to either Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox or Apple Safari, whichever one you are not currently using.
