Tax advance denied

I’m not stupid I filed my taxes on 1/28/2023. Through credit karma and while filing. It prompted me for an advance, that’s why I was there in the first place. I had earn income child tax credit so it was a good sized return. I was going to be getting 2000 or So In an advance. So I continued and after I get the notification that it’s been accepted by the irs.  And then boom big fat denial message!?! I have decent credit and I used them last year for the same thing. So here I am no answer, no email, nothing. Turbo tax said it’s them and credit karma says its them. CAN I PLEASE GET SOME INFO

Yes, my wife too was denied an advance because of her credit karma account having a previous breach. Maybe it was something that was going on with your credit karma which prompt you to be denied.
