Stuck on the download/print return page I don't see an option to either sign out or go to another page.
I found the sign out area . After signing out and resigning back in it takes me back to the same page which does not allow me to go to another page to give the rest of my info. also am not able to print a cover page.

It is at the bottom of the screen ... although you can always just close the browser window.

Try this: Close completely out of the browser then go back in.
Also, clear the cache/cookies in your browser as well. See below links for assistance on how to do this:
