Also, IRS portal is saying my information is not matching their records.

I still haven’t received my stimulus check on my turbotax card. Any others having the same problem? I haven’t gotten a notification or anything.

Did you try the get my payment tool through the IRS? I logged in yesterday and even though I got my tax refund on a TurboTax card, it said I needed to update my direct deposit information. I updated it but still didn't get stimulus and keeps saying check back later

To on get my payment and enter in your info. They may not have you bank information

@Hortonm1976 I live in Ohio but I have some family that lives in Florida and my cousin and her daughter did TurboTax while the daughter didn't pay fees and she got hers on her turbo card but her mom didn't so it seems like if anybody paid fees or got the loan they didn't get those on their turbo card

@Shaine, I did not get a refund advance through TT but when I checked yesterday I had to update my banking information.  I am going to be bloody honest, I am done with TT, they have made so many mistakes this year and they had to audacity to send me a bill when the funds were taken out  of my refund when I received it finally on 03/17.

Economic Impact Payment Information

The IRS is distributing Economic Impact Payments directly to taxpayers. If the IRS website indicates funds were sent to TPG those funds will be rejected back to the IRS. The IRS may indicate funds were deposited to an account ending in the last four digits of your Social Security number. For your protection any account that was established at TPG to facilitate processing of your tax refund was closed when you received your original tax refund, and that account no longer exists. TPG does not have any visibility into the status, amount or timing of your EIP and we are unable to answer any questions regarding these payments.

That’s for those of us that received an advance and had filing fees taken out. So I’m thinking the reason why it keeps locking me out when I go to update my info on the IRS website, that’s why. It keeps telling me that’s not what they have on file.

When youbare putting you info in and it asks for the amount of your refund only put your federal amount. Then it took me to the next page where i had to put my bank info in bc it said they didnt have it. So it looks like all of our deposits where going to go to a temp. Turbo tax account not ours directly thats why i had to give them the turbotax account number

Also I didnt get an advance on my refund. I did have them deduct the 30 bucks for preparing my taxes from my refund. WHAT TURBO TAX NEEDED TO DO IS THE SAME WAY WE GOT OUR REFUNDS ON THE CARD. IRS SENT IT TO THEM THEY DEDUCT THEIR FEE THEN THE REMAINING AMOUNT TURBOTAX PUT ON OUR CARD. WHY COULDNT THEY DO IT THAT WAY?? IS IT BC THEY ARENT GETTING A PIECE OF THE MONEY SO THEY ARE SCREWING US??
