I am in Indiana my son's taxes filed and there was a problem with the state received email stating to update and fix problem and it is still saying pending. He already has his federal return. Mine I filed on 2/13/23 and still says pending and I don't believe they have been filed. I am beyond frustrated, and I don't believe I will ever use turbo tax again. So I am guessing I will just have to go file them with someone else and I want my money back for this crappy program that is not working right.

Pending simply means that the government hasn't accepted or rejected your tax return yet. Please see the information available here for assistance.
When you e-file your tax return, you will receive two emails. The first email only confirms the transmission was received. The second email will state if the IRS or your state either accepted or rejected your e-file. Please see the information in this TurboTax FAQ that explains in more detail the pending process here.
