Still not getting the advance option it may be because..

I have been a customer with TT for years. Every year I get the option to apply for the advance,  I didn't take up on the offer until a few years back. Now this year the offer has not appeared. I have received assistance from the TT experts, been told to start from scratch,  bren told I'm not sure and I been told if you have more deductibles than income you won't be approved 😉  (I would love that to be the case) the issue is I cannot apply to be approved or denied. I just recently was on credit karma and tried yo be sure my TT and CK were linked and they are but when I try to review my taxes from Credit Karma, it will send me to turbotax but if I click anything with my taxes it loads for about three minutes and say "we are having issues connecting to your account, if this continues please head back to TurboTax " I do believe this is why the people who aren't getting the option to apply for the advance, the accounts aren't fully connected.

Just asking.....if you are having this much trouble navigating the Credit Karma stuff and feel like you are getting the run around.......do you want your ENTIRE income tax refund to go on a Credit Karma card----and then face possibly dealing with this sort of aggravation for your whole refund?
