I haven't received my card yet to my house and the address is 625 Wilson Rd. Apt-16, Zip-code 77338 and my money was supposed to be on a card on April 3 or 4, 2018. And I didn't get anything from turbotax direct deposit stating something about my tax return

How do I re order a card if they are saying my social doesn’t come up in the system?

I still haven't received my TurboTax prepaid card and I've been waiting longer than a month. I filed my taxes almost 2 months ago and the card was suposed to arrive in 7- 10 business days  I've tried calling ur toll free number but its just a machine that doesn't help at all. Ive even tried reordering through that email u sent me even though i never recieved ont to begine with. I'm furious and this is beyond annoying, i just want my tax refund, that is by law owed to me. Please help resolve this issue.

Never got a card and when calling customer service they want you to enter a card number but if i never got a card how would i know the number?!!! that is so stupid and they should have more options to choose from for those of us who never received a damn card to even know a card number

I will never use turbo tax again. I'm in the same boat as everyone else. No card and no way to check on it or no way to talk to anyone. Complete bull!!!

I googled TurboTax netsoend customer service and just kept listening, it gives the option for never received card,
