I haven,t received my card in the mail yet

i filed on feb 3rd early morning and return was accepted later on on the 3rd. its the 20th now & no card. says 7-10 business days its been 13days 17 counting weekends... says return will be deposited on 22nd. IN TWO DAYS yet no card.. bullshit. they've had over 2 full weeks to send it and takes about 4 days in reg mail.. it was never sent (obviously) I buy stuff online weekly and nothing takes this long within the states..and I signed up for the card before I even completely finished my tax return and submitted it just to make sure the card would arrive fast.. 1st year using turbo tax. always used freetaxusa.com for the past 4 or so years and THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED and my refund also came a lot sooner with the other site, about a week after filing.. i also checked refund amount on other site for this year to compare and was THE EXACT SAME.. turbo tax doesn't find other tax breaks n so on, its the same amount no matter who you use.. utter bullshit and this website is not worth the hype or over done commercials.. not worth it and wont chance it next year. and to cancel where its being refunded to and direct it to my bank account would prob jus confuse turbo tax and end up in them taking even longer.. good grief

@lyndza1989 My husband and I both have not received our cards either. We always use @VArora but after this year we won’t. We filed and got accepted by the 29th of January and now it’s ths last week of February and we still HAVE NOT received our cards. There is also no way of contacting anyone other than a machine and it then asks for the last 4 Digits of a card we NEVER RECEIVED so how would one even have that number. So we are beyond frustrated and upset. If anyone reading this has any number that we could call we would greatly appreciate it or if anyone knows if there is a delay please let us know thank you!

I will not be using TurboTax Next Yr..it's not even the same I've never went through this...when I used direct deposit I got my stuff on time & my bars weren't disappearing and telling me they are still processing my returns I filed January 30 where is my card and refund

Yeah by the looks of these comments I will not use this system again, I was issued my refund Friday but I have no card. By the looks of these comments they don't care about customer service!!!! All they provide is an automated service who then hangs up on you because you don't have a card number! Ugh

I SPOKE WITH NETSPEND! they said they no longer work with turbo tax. DOES MY REFUND COME IN A CHECK IN THE MAIL THEN ON THE DAY THAT IM SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE IT??? does anyone know??

Call and press lost stolen or never received then when it asks for card number press one and wait then it will ask something else then press one again and wait after it will transfer you to a representative

this is truly a perfect example of horrible customer service my best friend works as a high paid blogger with 40million followers and plans to blog about what is happening people should know about how we are being treated and handled and ignored for weeks at a time we don't have our cards or money but turbo tax gets paid our money imediately before we do so while we are sitting ducks they are paid already mean while i face eviction
