Still haven recieved taxes

Ok this is goin to be long bear with me. I field in jan i got accepted on turbo tax site a few days after but then i recieved letter to prove identy well it took me till may to get apt to do so so on may 31 i did that in person well 9 weeks later i have no refund i call irs they tell me that somehow it showed where i proved identy but some reason it never left processing it took 4 hours on phone but lady finally said it was fixed but now although it was irs fault it could be another 9 weeks but shouldnt take long at all well on irs site still says processing i called irs on Aug 5 it has said processing since jan and approved on turbo tax site since i filled should i call irs again or what i cant wait another 9 weeks for them to tell me it will be another 9 weeks what do i do

Your only option at this point in time is to contact a Taxpayer Advocate and see if they can help get the tax refund released.

I don't Kno if I didn't something wrong r y'all just didn't take out y'all amount but I call the it's and they said I should get it on the 27 if Feb. If not then March 2 well it is Kno March 3 in I still haven't received my taxes what should I do

If you checked the status of your refund from the IRS Where's my Refund? or when you called the IRS and you were told that your refund was sent to your bank you can check here to see the status of your refund deposit from TPG to your bank, TPG is who handles the transaction when you request to have your fees paid from your refund: https://taxpayer.sbtpg.com/login
