Yes we still need an answer to our question.

CO has has delays.   The state began to accept e-files on Monday, February 12.  They are still working through a backlog and ask that you give them a week or so to get through the backlog.   Keep watching your emails for the message as to whether the return has been accepted; when it has been accepted you can track it on the state's site.
