Sounds like the IRS is still working on it. 21 days is a goal, but it can take longer.

I submitted my taxes February 2nd. It's been six in half weeks.

Efile or file by mail? Was it accepted? Check the IRS website for the status.

Efile and I called IRS, it's got a recording. It was also accepted
