You can run Review to see what has changed. 

 

You may want to try clearing out your browser's cache and cookies. Please see How do I delete cookies? and How to clear your cache for more information.

I have tried everything and still keep getting this loop. Can anyone help me?

This is a known issue and we are working to resolve it. Some customers have found success trying the steps listed in this thread here
