What does "Your tax return is still being processed. A refund date will be provided when available." Exactly mean?

Been saying 27th for 2 weeks now. Nothing has changed, but I do find it sketchy that every single hood rat from here to NY that filed EIC and ACTC on 2/4 already got drops onto their prepaid cards or through loaner places like HR etc. I'm getting Netspend next year screw regular banks. And I'm filing after the big crush not before. 1/28's and before filers seems to be the ones still waiting.

Its true. Thats why a new post over there gets 15k replies in a day all the same nonsense. "Its 930 anyone got paid on their xxxxx card?". I looked at one profile, guy was desperate for that free payday. Had pics of him flashing expensive watches, getting high, and celebrating getting out of lockup. "Wheres my damn money" is the most frequent comment.
And every single one will be broke by 3/1.

But there’s so many girls on my Facebook with different baby daddies and living off the state and literally working ONE serving shift a week that literally have already got their deposits or getting them Friday. Like stop posting your buying your kid a $600 switch and this and that and etc etc. because any other time of the year you can’t afford it
