Haven't received any stimulus packages, who do I talk to, to fix this problem? How do I findout if I'm truly eligible?

Google “stimulus tracker” and enter the info fields... it’ll tell you if you’re eligible and when to expect it.

I have, it says "Payment Status - Not Available" but when I filed my taxes it just said I am eligible? So I'm confused & don't know who to talk to

If you qualify for it, yes you would eligible to receive it. 

How will the 3rd stimulus affect me

The IRS will utilize the most recent information on file to issue any stimulus payments you are entitled to. If they process your 2020 income tax return before issuing the payment, the IRS will use that information.  Otherwise they will base their payments on your 2019 tax return.

Okay thank you so much for the help, so just to be clear.... Since it said I was eligible for the stimulus checks will they send me them after I get my tax return? Since they will be using information from my 2020 taxes? & will they send me checks or will I get them direct deposited? Will they know how many I'm eligible to receive? Sorry for all the questions just want to get the best answer!

It depends.  Any amount that was reconciled on your 2020 tax return using the Recovery Rebate Credit can come with the rest of your refund, or they may take more time to reconcile it with their payments list.  This would have included the first and second stimulus payments.

Using the Get My Payment  link will show you what they have on file for you - Select the button Get My Payment to see your information.

They should use your 2020 tax return for the most current address and bank information. They prefer direct deposit so it would seem it will be deposited since you added that information to your 2020 tax return.

The third stimulus payment will be sent to you based on your 2020 tax return.  As long as you are not being claimed as a dependent on another tax return and you income is below the limit you should be entitled to your allowable stimulus payments.
