If you cannot print it, you cannot mail it. TurboTax does not/cannot mail it for you. It can be printed from any computer that has internet access and a printer --- so if there is any way you can manage that, you could print it.

Or---switch to e-file.

If the e-file is rejected then post back to us with the rejection message or rejection code. We may be able to help you get it e-filed, but that will depend on the reason for the rejection.
