End of February, I believe they specify Feb 27th as to when they might be approving the refunds for refundable credits like Earned Income Credit.

There are always chances that refunds can be delayed, IRS has been scrutinizing returns with EIC more and more and doing identity verifications on lots of people, which can delay things for months. Don't spend the money until you actually SEE the money in your account or mailbox.

I was reading where it said Feb.15 and that it should hit most tax payers acct by the 27.
