Signing into Turbo Tax after an update

Feedback.  I have been a Turbo Tax user for 20 plus years.  Today on my computer as I was trying to call up my tax return from last year Turbo Tax wanted to update.  Then I had to jump through hoops to get to MY tax file on MY computer.  This is ridiculous.  Not only that I had to do this but that to view MY return on MY computer but then the sign in process was three levels.  1.  get a code, which never came on email until 5 minutes later.  2.  Then enter my password again.  3.  Then enter my password information again.   Once I have paid for Turbo Tax of a year and created a file on MY computer that file is mine.  I should not have to jump through hoops to view it.

People have had problems with the last update on Thursday.   I’m waiting to update mine.   I’ll make a list.
