Should I pay taxes due knowing they will be reduced?

I have already filed my taxes, which disclosed that I owe $655.  However, shortly after that the law changed allowing a $10, 400 reduction in unemployment costs.  Should I  pay the $655 or wait until the IRS adjusts my return?

You should pay the amount you owe as shown on your tax return.
