CO has delayed accepting any returns until certain issues can be resolved with their system ... was this not on the local news ? Your state return will remain in the pending status until they pick it up.

Appreciate the info. I don't know if it was on the local news - if it was, I didn't see it.
I submitted mine on the 26th and is it still pending as well for CO state return. thanks for submitting this question, I was looking for reassurance lol
People who have filed their Colorado state tax after me have had their returns accepted.
Well things aren't always accepted in the order they were filed and CO has a backlog of returns to sort thru ... just be patient.
It's not unusual for state returns to remain in pending status several days after a federal return has been accepted. This is especially common when e-filing first opens in early February.
Sit tight and your state return will (eventually) move along in the queue.

Still waiting filed Jan 29th still pending
I called the State of Co Revenue Dept. today snd was told they started to accept returns as of this past Monday (2/13) but they are are still backlogged. I submitted my return via TurboTax on 1/23/23 but mine is also still in the pending status. Hopefully CO will start to accept and process more returns soon.
Filed mine as of 01/23/2023 and as of 02/17/2023 its still showing as pending. Its so frustrating. Glad i'm not the only one going through this.
I just got an email from TurboTax that my state tax return was rejected. Turns out that when I completed it in late Jan. TurboTax software was not updated with the right income tax rate of 4.4%. Voters in CO elected to reduce the income tax rate from 4.5% to 4.4% effective Jan 1, 2023. I guess TurboTax never made the update in the software until recently. So I refiled the state taxes just now and hopefully they’ll be accepted. I’m really disappointed that TurboTax didn’t notify me in early Feb. to alert me of the change so I could proactively take care of it.
Thanks for the response. I guess I should wait now until mine gets rejected.
Since you completed your state taxes in January, you’ll likely need to resubmit them to the state as well. Yes, wait for the email from TurboTax and then log back into TurboTax to resubmit them.
got the exact same reject email from Co state due to tax differences - how is this even possible that TT can submit it with an incorrect tax % ?
My state taxes were accepted about an hour after I resubmitted them. I wasted an entire week dealing with TurboTax and their ignorance. I knew something was wrong after I found a Reddit thread where everyone using all filing services but TurboTax had their state taxes accepted but not one TurboTax user (who filed in Jan) had a state return accepted. As best I can tell, TurboTax updated the CO income tax rate calculations last week.
