Should I be worried if my Colorado State return was submitted on 1/24, but is still in a pending status - some two weeks later?

First attempt to submit on 1/23 was rejected because Fed return was rejected (I forgot to add my IP PIN on the Fed return).  Both returns resubmitted the next day - this time with IP PIN for Fed - Fed accepted within 24 hours.  Still nothing from State.
