Should CO state taxes still be pending if submitted January 26th? My gf submitted hers February 2nd and her's were accepted within the week. Why's mine taking so long?

Federal return was submitted and accepted within one week. CO state taxes were submitted as early as possible, and they've been pending for 3 weeks. I'm getting anxious!

If I continue to submit my 2024 taxes now which should show a tax credit ($445) but don’t see it included in return (1095a) should I wait to file?

Form 3853, This form asks for an ECN number in which I already entered. When I go to submit it keeps bringing me back to the same page. What am i missing?
