Short Refund

HEY INTUIT why is my tax return short by $1,047? And since when is my return sent by this company TPG products?,  I've been using your "free" service for years and I WOULD LIKE MY FULL REFUND even after i checked the status of my refund on the official IRS website  im still $1,047 short. You got a lot of people wondering where the rest of there money is.
