Sent my MO Estimated Taxes to Federal website accidentally

I decided to pay my MO Estimated Taxes online for 2019 and accidentally sent it to the Federal site Pay1040.com. Will I need to amend my Federal and MO tax returns? Federal return still shows as processing & I sent it off in February so I'm guessing this is the problem. I just don't know what to do now or who to call.
