Schedule c shows the wrong name and I can't change it! I've checked and double checked that everything is entered correctly! What do I do?

I entered my 1099 but it defaults to my husband's name. I'm the sole proprietor. I can't change it in Schedule C. What do I do?

When starting the business return you are asked who the business belongs to when filing a joint tax return on the Tell Us About Your Business screen.  See Screenshot

On the Business Summary screen, delete the business.  Once deleted, on the Business Summary screen click on the Add a Business button.
