Return rejected because the EIN on my 1099-R was wrong

I just filed my Federal 2021 return today and got a message that it was rejected because the EIN on my 1099-R was wrong.  I logged back in and fixed the error and continued thru the form.  Then I got to the payment section and it appears that I have to pay to resubmit my return.  What should I do - do I have to pay to resubmit my return

Did you already pay?  Or were you having it deducted from your refund?  No you don't have to pay again unless you added another service or state or upgraded to a higher version.

Yes, I already paid but there is no way for me to enter that I already paid for my return today by credit card.
