I e-filed my 2020 Federal, Arizona and North Dakota today. I got rejects of all returns. The Federal Return rejection for 2020 said "IND-031-04 The primary taxpayers AGI or Self-Select PIN from last year does not match IRS records. I checked my 2019 Federal return and the AGI listed was $93,087.00. This is the same amount that came up in the error message for this problem. I re-entered $93,087.00 and still got rejected.
If the problem is my Self-Select PIN from last year, I don't know what to use because I had a problem with this part last year and I don't know what PIN I need to fix this. Please help me.
The rejection of my 2020 Arizona and North Dakota tax return is because my 2020 Federal return has not been accepted yet.

I just e-filed my 2020 Federal tax return this morning. Got 2nd rejection for same reason. Rejection says the AGi amount entered for Edward into Turbo Tax before filing didn't match what the IRS has in their database.
My2019 Federal Tax Form Line 8B shows 93,087. It as always showed that. I mailed my 2019 Federal Tax Return form last year and it was delivered 1243 am on March 30,2020 in Cincinnati, OH 45260. This return showed AGi for 2019 Tax was 93.087. It was a joined return for Edward and myself Lou.
I want to e-file my Federal, Arizona and North Dakota 2020 returns. Arizona and North Dakota was e-filed and rejected 04/05/21. I can't e-file my Arizona and North Dakota 2020 returns until this issue with my 2020 Federal return is resolved because they say Federal Tax must be accepted by IRS before they accept my returns.
Turbo Tax 2019 shows the amount 93,087 when I filed last year. I don't know how to fix this because I just redid this and it is still rejected. Please help.
