I hope this helps for whoever needs to hear it. I actually got an answer today from TPG! In my situation my refund was sent from the IRS to TPG they took out my fees of $117 but my amount was still too high to be direct deposited by my bank they would not except it. It was rejected and sent back to TPG. TPG was then sending out a cashiers check for the amount that I was to get. For the lady that I talked to today their systems and crashed last week because TurboTax had accidentally entered in the wrong routing numbers and account numbers somehow there was a confusion and caused TPG systems to crash they are now back up and running and things should start being funded. So if your amounts were significantly low you will probably be getting an additional check if you were to receive a check mine will now come 10 days from Monday’s date of 7 March. I am satisfied with this answer as I felt it was the most honest answer that I have received at this time I hope this helps anyone who might need it just trying to help keep people informed because I am relentless and I will not give up when waiting for a phone call.

Thank you😊
Thank you so much!
Do not trust what tpg tells you. You say they told you the amount was too high to be deposited.... since when did a bank deny a deposit because it was too big? Banks do not decline deposits.
And lastly they told you because tt input the wrong routing number it caused their system to crash.... that again is a huge lie because if that was the case if you did not have the fee taken from your refund and had it direct deposit instead and put the wrong routing number would that crash the banks system? It makes no sense and sorry to say you have been lied to.
I actually did confirm all information that I was given. When I called my bank or Wisley it the card I wanted it put ot over my daily deposit limit of $10,000 and now my info says check sent. Thank you for your concern
@andreahillavon @What was the amount
I just got off the phone with the irs, I was able to get through by using phone prompts that I want to set up a payment.
I just got off the phone with the IRS. They told me TPG had their bank account numbers take $1368 of my refund, then my bank account numbers took 4138.11. The irs issued me $5506.11. The irs stated this is how I had my refund set up, which is insane. Id never in my life set up my account for Turbo tax to steal that much. They said I owed no debt I already paid it off.
They told me to file form for tax preparation fraud form 14157a
So I'm filling that out now.
what number did you call? bc i found today that i can't receive my amount due to the amount and i bank will not exect it, so i have spoken to IRS, they said i should be able to have to forward somehow by Santa Barbara Bank&Trust because my refund is schedule to be deposited into my account on the 6th, so what number did you call, so i can get this tooken care of?
I need help getting locations of my 2020 refund

You complete your tax return by finishing all 3 Steps in the File section. In Step 3, to e-file your tax return, you must click on the large button labeled "Transmit my returns now".
After completing the File section and e-filing your tax return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first email when your tax return was transmitted and the second email when the tax return has either been accepted or rejected.
Note - Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund. Only the taxpayer listed on the tax return can obtain the status of a tax refund or a tax return.
To check the status of an e-filed return, open up your desktop product or log into your TurboTax Online Account. You can find your status within the TurboTax product.
If accepted by the IRS use the federal tax refund website to check the refund status - https://www.irs.gov/refunds
If accepted by the state use this TurboTax support FAQ to check the state tax refund status - https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1899433-how-do-i-track-my-state-refund
After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then an Issue Date will be available on the IRS website.
See this IRS website for federal tax refund FAQ's - https://www.irs.gov/refunds/tax-season-refund-frequently-asked-questions
