Refund for Turbotax State Tax Service

I just filed federal and state taxes with Turbotax. I have entered information accurately. What if the state denies my tax refund? Can I get a refund from Turbotax for what I paid?

Regardless of whether you get a refund from the state or not, you must pay the fees for using TurboTax to prepare and file your taxes.

Turbotax never sent my e-file tax return to the IRS. I paid for the service but the IRS does not have it.
