It appears that refunds for Turbotax users are much slower being processed by the IRS than for other Tax software programs. To date, it has been 24 days for me with no refund. I have talked to several people who have used TurboTax and others who have used other programs (like TaxSlayer) and the Turbotax folks have all not yet received their refunds and the others using TaxSlayer or other online programs received their refunds in 7 - 10 days. Anyone want to comment or add to this?

It is not unique to TT. I personally know folks who used other tax services, and have been waiting since early February. (A quick check of TT's competitors' user forums confirm they are also waiting.) In addition, the IRS is struggling with returns that claimed the Recovery Rebate Credit, but for which IRS records indicate stimulus payments were already made. Some of these stimuli may have arrived after the the taxpayer filed, or the taxpayer may have thrown out a stimulus debit card, thinking it was junk mail. This article may be useful:
