My state and federal on turbo tax have said accepted since I filed January 29 and still haven gotten it ?

TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer.

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 20 of your Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.

Great news, Anthony S Lorenzo! Your federal tax return was accepted by the IRS. I received this on 2/12/202. Your statement stated the it would take 3 weeks or less to get my refund. I chose direct deposit. I have checked in the IRS website and it tells me it has not been processed yet. Is Turbotax aware any delays with the IRS. The IRS only states that I will receive an email when it is processed. Can you help Please email me at [email address removed]
