Received a corrected 1099-misc today i already filed my tax return. Its around 8 dollars less then what the first 1099-misc was. Do i still have to amended my tax return?

Probably not.  But you should be keeping track of your business income on your own, you shouldn't need to worry about a 1099, because all income would be reported.

My wife did keep track. That 8 dollars difference was a reimbursement for a order she had to pay out of her pocket for a customer. They explained why it was corrected and my wife forgot about that purchase being refunded on one of her paychecks. They even told her when she did it to remember it not pay when making notes for that day on her records. But she forgot to put the notes where she was in a hurry to deliver the food where it was already very late.
