You still have a balance

Email says i still have a balance for TurboTax software, e-filing, etc.
I chose to have them deducted from my refund. Do I really owe $136.58?

Is your Federal refund delayed or did you have an offset?  If your refund is delayed or there is an offset TurboTax you will still owe the fees, TurboTax will send you an email stating you owe the fees and how to pay them. Usually, TurboTax will deduct the fees from your bank account.
