With the latest update (March 2024), I can no longer preview/print/print to pdf my forms. I was just about to efile, but now I'm stuck. What happened?

On a mac, Sonoma, and when I pick any of these options, it just goes to the gaudy circle and I have to force quit.

A Mac user in this Apple support forum found that the print problem was due to a font issue but didn't remember the specific fix. 

An Intuit rep on the QB forum recommended this fix:

To print..., you must change... to Airy New. Here's how to change custom form styles (in Acrobat):

1. Go to Settings and then select Custom form styles.
2. Select New style.
3. Click the edit dropdown.
4. Choose the Change up the template.
5. Choose Airy New. 
6. Hit Done.
