Check out this link. Scroll on down to the part about eligible debit cards. It says TurboTax debit cards are eligible to receive the stimulus payment. 🙂 I hope that helps

I just got off the phone with someone from Turbotax and she said whatever bank info is on your return that's where the stimulus payment will go.

So the IRS has launched a way for non-filers to put in their info to get stimulus check asap but y'all still dont know if the payment will go on the turbo card ans your supposedly working with the IRS on this issue. Why hasnt a portal been launched for everyone else to update their acount info if its not going to be loaded to the turbo card? Y'all should be working hard to solve this problem especially since stimulus payments are already starting to go out.

I would hope so i dont care as long as  it  so turbo just send it to my card i will get the money out my self

The only problem with that is once IRS has any DD info you cannot change it at this point. So if they decide not to put money on those cards we are stuck receiving a paper check. That is why THIS situation should have been addressed. They have so many answers but not one for people who have a tax card. Unbelievable!!!!!???

WRONG ... DD CAN BE CHANGED WHEN THE IRS OPENS THE PORTAL HOPEFULLY ON FRIDAY ...

If you have already filed a 2019 return there is nothing you can do until something happens on the IRS side… and they are ahead of schedule which is evidenced by the test deposits some saw on Friday. 

If you get the DD in the next 2 weeks then you are done. 

If you do not get the DD by the time the IRS finally opens the promised portal (now expected by 4/17) then you can check on the status and/or  update your information at that time.    https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/economic-impact-payments

Why are we not being given this information?

Will the stimulus checks be direct deposited on our turbo debit cards or not? 

I personally know of 6 people who have received theirs already. So no excuses.

The I formation I posted is about 2020 stimulus checks. The bank that controls the turbo tax card is santa barbara group. I called turbotax they told me they didnt have an answer but to contact santa barbabra group and emailed me a link to santa Barbara groups websit . Their homepage is what I posted screenshots of. They specifically state they will not be distributing stimulus money and that of you have a card issued from them then you will get a paper check mailed. They have known this since the end of last month and want to play like they're not in the loop and are waiting for guidance from irs. They just dont wanna be the bad guys and say we gave yall cards but the new money cant go to it  also the non filers portal is simply tax forms that you fill out showing that you dont have a tax obligation to file normally. It's a trick to get ppl to file who normally dont. But no where do they tell you that if you file with them the only way to get dd for your stimulus check is if you enter your personal bank account instead of getting a turbocard

If you filed with turbotax and had your refund deposited onto a turbo card you will recieve a paper check unless the irs portal opens to update account numbers
