The I formation I posted is about 2020 stimulus checks. The bank that controls the turbo tax card is santa barbara group. I called turbotax they told me they didnt have an answer but to contact santa barbabra group and emailed me a link to santa Barbara groups websit . Their homepage is what I posted screenshots of. They specifically state they will not be distributing stimulus money and that of you have a card issued from them then you will get a paper check mailed. They have known this since the end of last month and want to play like they're not in the loop and are waiting for guidance from irs. They just dont wanna be the bad guys and say we gave yall cards but the new money cant go to it also the non filers portal is simply tax forms that you fill out showing that you dont have a tax obligation to file normally. It's a trick to get ppl to file who normally dont. But no where do they tell you that if you file with them the only way to get dd for your stimulus check is if you enter your personal bank account instead of getting a turbocard
