Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax. TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.
Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.
You can contact them SBTPG, toll-free, at 1-877-908-7228 or go to their secure website www.sbtpg.com

@taxesfordummies TurboTax does not get any information regarding your refund. Once your return is accepted, TurboTax has no more information about refunds, the IRS & State are the only ones with that information. You might want to check with your State again to see what banking information they have, and also check with your bank to see if they saw a deposit from your State.
Your state refund would not have been channeled through SBTPG--only the federal return is handled by them. Your problem lies between your state and your bank. Contact both and track it down.

Hello,
I have been tracking my refund, and received about half through direct deposit, listed under "Tax products"
The amount correlates with the federal refund, and the $150 that gets taken by Turnbo Tax to file.
When looking on my department of revenue site for when to expect my state refund, it states it was deposited on the 16th. This is INCORRECT. After calling them, I was told I should try contacting Turbo Tax, which is nearly impossible.
I'm hoping to get some assistance on here.

Yes, the bank statement states SBTPG, which deposited the deducted ($150 deducted - $60 for Federal filing, $50 for state, and $40 for processing).
HOWEVER, the amount remaining for my state refund has not been deposited, yet when checking the status on the state revenue site, it saying it was. This is over $650..
