Why won't turbo tax accept my credit card?

I need to add a new credit card. When I do, it won't let me enter expiration date.

I had this problem with my state return the last 2 years and just came to find out if it is still an issue this year. I had to call customer support and pay over the phone. It is ridiculous if it isn't fixed yet. I am replying to bump your question.
