Why wasn't I prompted to fill out form 8962 this year while filling out returns? I missed it-- thought it was gone-- and now I have to amend!

That really doesn't help because the forms are not available until "late February," AND I was never prompted to do that while I was filling out return, and I should've been. Should have asked about recieving a 1095. Isn't it a big deal for taxes? Always has been for me...
