Why is SBTPG holding refunds?

hello i was just wondering if you received yours yet i was told the same information that my check was sent out on the fourth they gave me the check number the date everything yet here it is the 25th and I still don't have none of my money

I did my taxes Feb 12 its March 26 Ive got nothing back. First was told it was to drop Feb 23rd and was to get $4 grand. Than March 5th i was told i did something wrong a math error. how did a math error happenwhen Turbo tax calculates everything from the information put in?????

so now im only getting $2grand and tham all of a sudden my password stops working so im locked out. Finally get into account for Turbotax and noticed on top of this im  charged $39 three times. 

it keeps getting better, i speak to a turbo tax rep who gives me the billing dept number [phone number removed] and I ask what the hours are 8am -5pm and was told eastern standard time.

Wrong this number is pacific time and is infact not open on the weekend. So now i have to take Monday off which means one day of pay missed just to make a call.

After this is resolved i may contact a lawyer anyone want to join lol

SBTPG said IRS send my funds on March 11 and my funds were dropped today. nothing in my account so fingers crossed.

sorry to say NOTHING. and get off of here with “say thanks by hitting the like button” AINT NO ON HITTING **bleep** TILL OUR MONEY HITS OUR BANK ACCOUNTS. you REALLY think that WE are the ones who don’t know whats going on and where OUR MONEY is??? obviously we realize not everyone was included in this scam and web of lies. BUT IT IS A SCAM AND A WEB OF LIES! definitely recommend turbo tax getting a different 3rd party because they’re already about to lose SO MANY CUSTOMERS, SO MUCH MONEY, and SO MUCH SERVICE!!!

I would like to start some form of repercussions to TPGSB as they also have my refund and I have called numerous times been on hold for hours at a time. I got a live person once and got hung up on. If anyone else would like to do something about this please help me make them get the punishment they deserve. If we did not pay or acted this way we would be held accountable and face consequences as should they. I am going to look for a lawyer to do something about this matter.

I filed a complaint with the BBB IRS recommended the FDIC whichever bank they send your direct deposit to whether it's greendot or the other one. They are total frauds and are aware of what they're doing they just don't care. I had to beg and email them 5 times a day until my funds were finally released direct deposit. They claimed it was an Identity issue which is a total coverup lie so they can collect interest on the money chilling in whichever bank they sent it to.

No I still haven't received it. Called yesterday and was told they were no longer providing me with any information. I asked her if I could speak with a supervisor and she told me no and refused to connect me! At what point do I need to call an attorney?

I take that back, I just checked the mail and it was there!! Finally!!

im with you. 

i have been posting my struggle. Received call back from SBTPG and told a check was sent out 3/23. Asked why the automated call line says was deposited into my account was told its a glitch. Was told bank rejected payment on the 13th because the account number was incorrect which it is not. 

Asked about the fees listen to this, at this point am being charged 

$78 from TT

$5.86 st tx

$39. refund fee

and now $30. for the check processing fee all bull shat.

employee 0071 was not very helpful.

Am now on the phone with intuit inc looking for my money they do not understand why and how the acct and routing is wrong but was verified with them.
