i have been posting my struggle. Received call back from SBTPG and told a check was sent out 3/23. Asked why the automated call line says was deposited into my account was told its a glitch. Was told bank rejected payment on the 13th because the account number was incorrect which it is not.
Asked about the fees listen to this, at this point am being charged
$78 from TT
$5.86 st tx
$39. refund fee
and now $30. for the check processing fee all bull shat.
employee 0071 was not very helpful.
Am now on the phone with intuit inc looking for my money they do not understand why and how the acct and routing is wrong but was verified with them.
