I did my taxes Feb 12 its March 26 Ive got nothing back. First was told it was to drop Feb 23rd and was to get $4 grand. Than March 5th i was told i did something wrong a math error. how did a math error happenwhen Turbo tax calculates everything from the information put in?????
so now im only getting $2grand and tham all of a sudden my password stops working so im locked out. Finally get into account for Turbotax and noticed on top of this im charged $39 three times.
it keeps getting better, i speak to a turbo tax rep who gives me the billing dept number [phone number removed] and I ask what the hours are 8am -5pm and was told eastern standard time.
Wrong this number is pacific time and is infact not open on the weekend. So now i have to take Monday off which means one day of pay missed just to make a call.
After this is resolved i may contact a lawyer anyone want to join lol
