Are you using the correct refund amount----the amount from line 35a of your federal Form 1040?

yes i did. triple checked. i did notice that the irs havent received it yet. Maybe thats the case

The IRS will not officially start accepting 2024 tax returns until January 27, 2025

Until the IRS accepts your e-file you will not see any information on the refund site.   The IRS has only accepted a few early "test batch" e-files----they will begin to accept/reject returns next week.  Watch your email for the acceptance or rejection message.  And if/when accepted---allow some time before you start trying to track it on the refund site.
