Why is my federal return still in PENDING status? I called yesterday and spoke to a turbo tax "expert", supposedly hadn't been transmitted yet. What is the hold up.

Have been pending since 1/23. Seen on another post the delay could be is you purchased an EV last year; which we did. And supposedly the hold on the form for that was lifted Friday. So hopefully some of us will be seeing some changes soon. Still kind of ridiculous that we weren’t told any of this upfront

I filed the 30th and still waiting ! I’ve thought about going through a DIFFERENT platform to file !! I just don’t want the return to go through and I have 2 and owe that much back!

Mine has been pending since the 18th. I did not buy an EV last year, so that couldn't apply to me. I went and filed with cashapp Friday night (for free) and my return was accepted by the IRS within SECONDS. Turbotax dropped the ball this year. Stinks because this would be my 11th year using TT.

Mine is still pending for almost four days.   What has been the experience....are these going through?  I was thinking about trying H&R Block.

I filed for FREE with Cashapp lol. It was accepted by the IRS within SECONDS Friday night. My TurboTax return STILL shows pending and I filed on 01/18.

Obviously we already know all this information we want to know why it's taking so long and it's only turbo taxes having this problem. We're here because it's been well over 72 hours and you have hundreds of people that are still waiting for it to go from pending I haven't seen any other company that's having this issue except y'all own up to it and give us the truth

Same issue here with me. I submitted on 1/27 and i’m still pending and spent $227 on TT to file so i cant just go file with someone else and waste my money. Customer service has been useless and just keeps telling me to wait when the last 5 years have been accepted within a few hours of submitting it.

Exactly I just want TT to fix the issue why should we have to spend double the money for their mistakes? This is ridiculous
