Why don’t I have a date yet I have no dependents.

I filed my daughter's income tax on 1/31 and hers still doesn't give a date either.

After January, e-filed returns generally sit in Pending status for 24–48 hours before coming back as either Accepted or Rejected. Sometimes returns stay in Pending for several days or even longer.
