Please see the info I left you in your thread you started. Continue there if you need to.

We can tell you how to hopefully reach a live agent at the IRS if it becomes necessary.
It’s ridiculous. Poor system.
Are you entering in your refund information not taking out any fees? For more details on why you might be getting this message, please see this Help Article, which goes over why the IRS site Where's My Return may not show any information for you.
I’m entering everything correctly. I’m frustrated.
@Meganhope__ Paper-filers need to wait at least four weeks before using the IRS' Where's My Refund website. According to your post here, you mailed your return at the end of February. Please allow more time for the IRS to receive and process your return.
Additional Resource: Why is there no record of my return at Where's My Refund (WMR)?
I have received my state tax return, but not my federal one. I've attempted to call the IRS using the prompts given, but they say, "Due to high call volume we cannot answer your call at this time." and the phone hangs up. So am I not getting my money?
Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities, There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals.
Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2021 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.

Hi, Thank you for responding. I used the where is my refund tool on the IRS website and it told me that my federal refund is still being processed and a date will be given to me soon. It also said to refer to tax topic 152, what does that mean?
I used my own credit card information to pay for the fees. The total was around $83
I did receive a letter in the mail saying my federal tax return was accessed by student aid, but that is just bc they need my tax information. could that cause a delay?
TurboTax does not get any information from the IRS after you file your tax return, so no one at TT knows a specific reason for the delay at the IRS. If the IRS needs any other information from you they will send a letter. Meanwhile continue to check the IRS site for information.

is there another way that I could contact the IRS? (and someone will actually answer) it's been almost a month since I e-filed through TurboTax.
also the where is my refund tool is not accurate. I received my state return, and when I put that amount in with my information it says, "they don't have any information on my return." EVEN THOUGH I already received my state return in my bank account. This sugar honey iced tea is really starting to get on my nerves.
SAME FOR ME! I filled my return on February 20. I received my state return within 2 weeks. still waiting on my federal return almost a month later. and no real assistance as to what going on either. This has never happened to me either
It’s also funny how TurboTax says they have no control but about half of the people that have used them said they’ve screwed them over. Many people have stated TurboTax took a big chunk out of their return amount. There’s a huge lawsuit against them right now.
really? If I would have known this was going on I would have just gone through the IRS to do my taxes. are you still waiting on ur return? I've been waiting for almost a month for my federal return. I got my state.
I had no idea until after the fact. I’m still waiting, extremely frustrated.
