Why does my downloaded 2023 tax return on my desk top not print? I get an error that file is not valid from Adobe Acrobat

Have tried multiple times. I have the Acrobat reader version. Think it worked ok last year.

Test that your printer is working by trying to print from another program, such as Microsoft Word. Many printing problems can be resolved by installing the latest version of Adobe Reader (it's free).

If you don't have a printer, or still can't print, you may have a pop up blocker installed or other internet security. You may need to delete cookies, clear internet cache, turn off pop up blockers or other type of security features. Often employer laptops have security features of sharing data.
