Why did TPG not give me my full refund?

I was supposed to get 5,233 back minus turbo tax fees which was only 123. I got back 4,774. Where is the rest of my money? I have seen others complaining of this and I'm pissed. I did not allow this service to take any extra money and sure as hell wasn't told they would take any extra money from me. I want this fixed immediately. I don't want to here how the irs will send me a letter stating anything because the IRS says I'm getting 5233 and that's what should be in my bank account, period. I shouldn't have to jump through hoops to get my money, turbo tax needs to fix this issue, I paid for a service and it needs to be fixed.

You will need to contact TPG for information regarding your refund. They are one who handles your refund if you elect to pay your fees with your refund. You can also check out this TPG Refund Tracker to check on your refund.

First there is no way to contact TPG, everyone is getting the runaround about this. I did not agree for this 3rd party to take more of my money. I didn't even want to pay yall but yall forced me because of one thing I HAD to file.  I want my money. I saw on another post that someone is going to be receiving an email about being reimbursed,  why isn't this being said to everyone else? This company has taken thousands of dollars from ppls refund. Yall are being suspicious and I want it fixed. I have been using yall for years but it seems yall are crooks and I don't want to use you anymore due to this crap.
